Navigation is pretty good. You can search games by provider or by name. Unfortunately, there is no theme search. But if you know the game name or provider, then it’s good enough. Additionally, the casino games lobby looks very nice on mobile and all games are mobile responsive.
Fishing Slots
As avid fishing slot fans, we review the specific fishing casino games on offer at our recommended casinos. At FunkyJackpot you can find popular Big Bass Bonanza and Fishin’ Frenzy slot series. Moreover, they offer a blend of unique game providers that are not present at a lot of UK casinos.
These include games from Playtech and Indigo Magic. So, if you enjoy Playtech’s progressive jackpots and other smaller studio games, good chances are you’ll find them here. Being on the Progress Play network guarantees that your gameplay at Funky Jackpot will be very fair and always audited by the UK Gaming Commission.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Banking at Funky Jackpot is mostly smooth sailing and offer a decent range of payment options that work well for UK players. The minimum deposit is £10 for most payment methods. You can find the following methods available:
Withdrawals
When it comes to withdrawals the minimum withdrawal is £10. Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 1 business day. You’ll also need to pass KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before your first withdrawal, which is standard across licensed UK casinos. Usually this means ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method.
The time it takes for the funds to reach your account depends on your withdrawal method or your bank’s handling of the incoming transactions. E-wallets and debit cards are the fastest options, but you might have instant withdrawal options once KYC is completed.
Customer Support
Funky Jackpot offers a solid support setup. You get Live Chat for quick questions, Email and FAQ section for those that like to first try to help themselves. Live Chat agents are generally helpful and efficient. They handle common queries such as KYC verification, payment statuses and bonus terms. It isn’t perhaps a very personalized support service but it is efficient.
- Live Chat: The quickest way to get help is via the 24/7 live chat, available directly through the site. Response time from our testing is usually under a minute.
- Email Support: If your query isn’t urgent or you need to attach documents, use the email option (Email: support@funkyjackpot.com). Response times for emails are within 24 hours.
- FAQ Section: There is also an FAQ section, where you can find information about common queries. We suggest you look here first and if you can’t find an answer, then contact live support.
