How To Play Fishin Madness Quad Grows Demo
Starting off, you need to set a bet from £0.20 – £20. After that you start spinning the reels on a standard 5×3 slot grid. The Quadgrows system is what controls the size of the grid and number of pay lines. Quad Grows begins with 3 rows and 10 pay lines. As you spin in the base game, row counters start to descend. When a counter reaches zero, that row unlocks. When these unlock, fish values and win multipliers increase.
- After 20 spins: The first fourth row is unlocked. This increase the game to 20 paylines. It also unlocks a 5x Fish prize and an x2 Collect Multiplier.
- After 50 total spins: Fifth row give you 30 paylines. You also unlock 10x Fish prize and an x3 Collect Multiplier.
- After 100 total spins: Sixth row now is open and the slot has 40 paylines. 20x Fish prize and an x4 Collect Multiplier is now available.
- After 200 total spins: The last row give you the full 50 paylines you can get in the slot and unlocks a 100x Fish prize and an x5 Collect Multiplier.
Now that you know the basics, it’s time to try the Fishin’ Madness Quad Grows demo slot below to see how the grid develops. You will need about 200 base game spins to unlock all 7 rows.
Winning Combinations & Payouts
Fishin Madness Quadgrows has 10 common pay symbols. Five are low paying and five are high paying. You need at least 3 matching symbols to land adjacently on a pay line from left to right, for a win. You can see the payout distribution in the table below.
- Low-Paying Symbols: 10, J, Q, K and A. Payouts range from 0.1x – 0.4x.
- High-Paying Symbols: Fish, Oxygen tanks, Diving bells and Submarines. Payouts range from 0.2x -100x.
Special Symbols
In addition to the common symbols, there are also 2 special symbols in the game: Fishermen and Scatters.
Fisherman Wild Collector
Wilds can only land on reel 5. They substitute for common symbols to help form winning combos. Moreover, fishermen collect every visible fish’s cash values.
Instant Prize Symbols
Fish symbols serve as both common and special symbols. Firstly, they can form pay line wins up to 2x. Secondly, they carry cash values up to 100x which can be collected by a fisherman symbol.
Bonus Scatter
Scatter symbols award free spins. Landing 3 or more scatters, triggers 8 free spins. Additionally, 4 and 5 scatters award payouts of 10x and 10,000x.
Fishin Madness Quadgrows Features
The Quad Grows mechanic is what unlocks modifiers and features in the slot game. As you unlock more rows your chances for landing bigger wins, increases. Moreover, you unlock bigger fish values and win multipliers. Besides, modifiers there is one main bonus feature which is the free spins bonus round. And there are two other bonus features, cash collection and Fish Progress.
Fisherman Cash Collect
Fish symbols can only appear on reels 1 – 4. When a fisherman lands on reel 5, he collects every visible fish’s cash value. This is a standard feature in most fishing slots. Fish start off with values of 0.5x, 1x and 2x. But as you unlock more rows, their values can grow to 5x, 10x, 20x and 100x. So, triggering fish collections when the full slot grid is unlocked, can yeild big wins.
Collect Multipliers
In addition to bigger cash prize values, win multipliers also increase as more rows are unlocked. These win multipliers are applied only to fish collections. Multipliers are assigned per row.
- Row 4 – 2x mutiplier
- Row 5 – 3x mutiplier
- Row 6 – 4x mutliplier
- Row 7 – 5x multiplier
So, the multiplier applied to a fish collection depends on which row the fisherman lands on, on reel 5.
Fish Progress
Similar to Fishin Frenzy Even Bigger Fish 2, fish symbols that are collected on a spin, are collected in a fish progress element. Eventually this feature activates and releases many fish symbols on to the reels for a one time fish collection. Note that Fish Progress is only active during the base game and is not present during the free spins.
Fishin Madness Free Spins
Landing 3 or more scatter symbols awards 8 free spins. Additionally, 4 and 5 scatters award instant wins of 10x and 10,000x, respectively. The bonus uses the number of rows that you have unlocked in the base game.
Collect multipliers move three rows up during the feature. Therefore, stronger multipliers are available much earlier on the grid. The Free Spins multipliers are:
- Row 1: x2
- Row 2: x3
- Row 3: x4
- Row 4: x5
- Row 5: x6
- Row 6: x10
- Row 7: x100
Only multipliers on currently unlocked rows are available. Therefore, the full 100x multiplier needs the seventh row to be open for a chance to land a fish collection win on that row. If you land 3 or more scatters during the bonus, then you will retrigger 8 additional free spins.
Posh Spins
Posh Spins are an optional boosted-bet mode. They become available after unlocking row 7 and playing another 20 spins. Turning on Posh Spins increases your total bet by 20%, similar to an Ante Bet. In return, the chance of triggering free fpins increases.
Fishin Madness Quad Grows FAQs
Yes, you can play the free demo version to test the Quadgrows progression, Fisherman Collect and Free Spins without using real money.
The top RTP is 96.10%. But there are lower versions at 94.10% and 92.10%. So check the in-game information which version it is before playing.
The official maximum win is 10,000x. Landing 5 Bonus Scatters also awards the max win.
You need 200 paid base-game spins to open all 7 rows. The progression milestones come after 20, 50, 100 and 200 spins.
The Collect Multipliers move three rows up during Free Spins. They start at x2 on row 1 and go to x100 on row 7.
Conclusion
Fishin’ Madness Quad Grows uses a familiar fisherman collect mechanic, but the expanding grid gives it a clear identity. Watching the seaweed disappear and the reels grow from 3 to 7 rows, creates a proper sense of progression.
Each stage adds something useful. You get more pay lines, better fish prizes and bigger multipliers. The main drawback is the time needed to reach a full grid. You must complete 200 paid base-game spins to unlock the seventh row. Posh Spins takes another 20 spins to become available. So, chasing the full unlock can be quite costly.
Overall, Fishin Madness Quadgrows is a solid fishing slot with a feature that progresses as you play. It is best suited for players who enjoy visible progression and do not mind waiting for the full feature to open.
